In 2015, ASW set out to disrupt the industrial drone industry with their innovative heavy-lift multirotor technology. To elevate their brand and market presence, ASW partnered with Barkis & Co. to execute a complete rebranding initiative after being acquired by Nippon Kayaku. From redefining their visual identity to developing impactful marketing strategies, we helped position ASW as an industry leader. Our work included logo redesign, internal and external marketing materials, video production, and ongoing strategic consulting to drive growth and solidify their reputation.

Brand Redesign

Drawing inspiration from ASW’s military service roots, we redefined their brand identity to emphasize precision, strength, and reliability. The redesigned logo, with its bold, structured elements, offers a distinctive and highly recognizable mark within the heavy-lift drone industry. This effort extended to refined typography, a disciplined color palette, and comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency and a commanding presence across all platforms.

Building on the Kayaku spirit from parent company Nippon Kayaku, we crafted a marketing strategy rooted in innovation, trust, and legacy.
