We have been fortunate to head into this season with a full slate of meaningful, ongoing work, and we are continuing to take on new projects with intention.
If you are considering working together, the best next step is to complete our intake questionnaire and start the conversation early. Most of our work is scheduled into future development windows, so early alignment allows us to plan properly and ensure your project receives the level of strategy and execution it deserves.
As a Monterey-based marketing agency focused on long-term growth, we are prioritizing ongoing partnerships over short-term campaigns. Our current clients are in active SEO, paid media, and brand development cycles, and much of our time is dedicated to building on that momentum through consistent, data-driven improvements.
That said, we do try to reserve a small portion of our time each month for select design-forward projects. These are typically brand identity, creative direction, or one-off builds that align closely with our aesthetic and strategic interests.
Here are some recent projects that have yet to make it into our portfolio. Click the project name to view the live website:
Ripplewood Resort: Big Sur Website Design and Brand Revamp
A true legacy brand, Ripplewood Resort is approaching its 100th year welcoming guests along the Big Sur River. We were honored to lead a full brand and website redesign, bringing clarity, cohesion, and a timeless visual system to support its diverse offerings, including a general store, café, gas station, and rustic redwood cabins.
This project went beyond a standard website build. As a marketing agency experienced in hospitality and destination marketing, our goal was to create a structure and strategy that supports discoverability for high-intent search terms like Big Sur lodging, Big Sur cabins, and Big Sur camping, while preserving the character that makes Ripplewood such a unique place to stay.
The result is a website that better reflects the full resort experience, improves usability for travelers planning a visit to Big Sur, and creates a strong foundation for long-term SEO growth. More importantly, it allows the brand to carry its history forward with intention, supporting the next chapter of one of Big Sur’s most established and recognizable destinations.
Coastal Floor Coverings: Carmel-by-the-Sea Website Design and Brand Storytelling
This project hits close to home. Joey, the owner of Coastal Floor Coverings, has been part of our lives for nearly eight years. He has completed flooring work in our office, our first home, and even helped source materials for some of our more creative builds. Being trusted to redesign his website and elevate his brand story felt like a true full-circle moment.
As a Carmel-by-the-Sea flooring company with deep local roots, Coastal Floor Coverings is built on craftsmanship, experience, and a highly skilled in-house crew. Our goal was to translate that reputation into a digital presence that reflects the same level of quality and attention to detail.
Through a strategic website redesign and refined brand positioning, we focused on clearly communicating services like hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, tile installation, and custom flooring solutions. At the same time, we worked to highlight Joey’s hands-on expertise and long-standing presence in the Monterey Peninsula market.
Projects like this are a reminder of why we do what we do. It is rare to work with clients who feel like family, and Joey is one of them.
Mic On Music: Shopify Merch Development and Album Creative for Music and Apparel
For musician Mike Condry, we have helped transform creative momentum into a scalable product line through the launch of a Shopify-powered apparel brand, Mic On Music.
From album-inspired merchandise to seasonal product drops, this project has combined brand development, ecommerce strategy, and technical execution. We have led both the creative direction and the backend infrastructure, building a system that supports ongoing releases, product expansion, and direct-to-fan engagement.
Beyond merchandise, our collaboration has expanded into album creative and visual identity. We have now designed two full album packages, aligning artwork, typography, and overall direction with the evolving sound and narrative of each release. This has allowed the brand, the music, and the merchandise to feel fully connected rather than treated as separate efforts.
As a marketing agency working across ecommerce and content-driven brands, this has been a strong example of how music, storytelling, and product design can work together to create new revenue channels. The goal was not just to sell merchandise, but to extend the artist’s identity into something tangible and lasting.
It has been a masterclass in turning music into product, and in building a brand ecosystem that is both strategic and genuinely fun.
Willis Construction: Website Design, Ongoing SEO and Construction Marketing Strategy
Our ongoing work with Willis Construction has evolved into a comprehensive digital marketing partnership rooted in long-term growth. What began as SEO and paid search support has expanded into a fully integrated strategy that includes analytics, content development, and ongoing brand positioning.
Today, we operate as an extension of their internal team, effectively serving in a marketing director role. Our focus is not only on generating leads, but on shaping the type of work they attract. This includes supporting award submissions, industry events, and strategic visibility across the architectural precast and GFRC space.
While precast concrete and glass fiber reinforced concrete may not be traditionally seen as glamorous industries, they are highly competitive and deeply technical. That makes strong positioning and search visibility even more critical. Through consistent SEO efforts, targeted Google Ads campaigns, and refined messaging, we have helped transform their website into a reliable lead generation engine.
More importantly, we are helping build a forward-looking pipeline filled with high-quality, design-driven projects that align with their expertise. This is the kind of long-term construction marketing strategy that compounds over time, strengthening both brand trust and national visibility.
This has become one of our most rewarding partnerships, both strategically and personally, and a strong example of what is possible when marketing is treated as an integrated, ongoing investment.
Heather Stewart Realty: Centralia, WA Real Estate Brand and Website Design
Designing for family is always a unique experience, and this project was especially meaningful. Heather, Austin’s sister, is a multi-award-winning real estate agent serving Centralia, Washington and the surrounding area.
We partnered with her to refresh both her brand identity and website, aligning her digital presence with the level of trust, professionalism, and results she has built in her market. The goal was to create a real estate website that feels polished and elevated while still remaining approachable and personal for buyers and sellers navigating an important life decision.
From a strategic standpoint, we focused on clarity, usability, and local positioning, ensuring the site supports discoverability for clients searching for a Centralia real estate agent while reinforcing her reputation through thoughtful design and messaging.
When the foundation of trust is already there, the work takes on a different level of meaning. This was one of those projects where the personal connection made the outcome even more rewarding.
Senior Care Solutions: Monterey, CA Website Design for Elder Care Services
Helping families navigate elder care with clarity and compassion was at the heart of this project. We partnered with Pam to design and develop a resource-rich, user-friendly website for Senior Care Solutions, focused on supporting families during some of life’s more emotional transitions.
From a strategic perspective, the goal was to create a digital experience that balances warmth and professionalism while improving accessibility for those searching for senior care guidance in Monterey County. We structured the site to function as both an introduction to Pam’s services and a trusted resource hub for topics related to senior living, care placement, and family decision-making.
Through thoughtful messaging, clear navigation, and SEO-informed content, the website now serves as a reliable entry point for families seeking support, while reflecting the level of care and attention Pam brings to every client relationship.
Projects like this are a reminder that strong website design is not just about aesthetics. It is about creating clarity in moments where it matters most.
DDOD (Drug Destruction On Demand) : Product Launch, Brand Development, Website Design and Go-to-Market Strategy
This new product line from longtime client GAIACA focuses on convenient, compliant drug disposal. The system includes secure collection bins and disposal containers designed for communities, pharmacies, law enforcement, and healthcare providers.
We have led the full development of the DDOD brand from the ground up, including brand identity, website design, messaging, packaging, and overall go-to-market strategy. The goal is to position the product as both accessible and compliant, while clearly communicating its role in addressing real-world challenges around safe drug disposal.
In parallel, we revisited and refreshed GAIACA’s existing website, which we originally designed and developed nearly a decade ago. With only light updates and thoughtful refinements, the site continues to perform effectively. It remains compliant, functional, and aligned with the company’s needs without requiring constant redevelopment.
This project is a strong example of how a well-structured website, built with intention from the start, can remain relevant for years with minimal upkeep. With the right foundation and a managed hosting environment, long-term performance does not always require heavy subscriptions, frequent rebuilds, or unnecessary complexity.
It is always a privilege to help bring mission-driven solutions like this to market, especially when the work has a direct impact on public safety and community health.
Travel With Roseanne: Italian Vacation Design and Travel Website Development
We always appreciate when past clients come back, and this one has been especially rewarding. Years ago, we partnered with Roseanne to build a beautifully crafted olive oil brand. That journey eventually led her to Italy, where she developed a deep connection to the culture, cuisine, and the rhythm of slow travel.
Today, she is channeling that experience into a new venture focused on curated Italian vacations. We are honored to support the next evolution of her brand through strategic positioning, visual identity, and website development designed to attract travelers seeking a more intentional and immersive way to experience Italy.
From a marketing perspective, this project is about more than travel planning. It is about storytelling, trust, and creating a brand that resonates with clients looking for personalized Italian itineraries, cultural experiences, and thoughtfully designed trips.
Helping someone rediscover their passion and turn it into a business is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. This project is a perfect example of that.
A Few Things Still Under Wraps
As always, there are a handful of exciting projects we are not able to share just yet, but they are worth the wait. These are the kinds of partnerships that challenge us creatively, expand our perspective, and reinforce why we care so much about the work we do.
Looking Ahead: Plan Early, Partner Thoughtfully
At this point, our schedule is largely committed through the remainder of the year. We are grateful to be in a position where our work is driven by long-term partnerships with clients we respect and enjoy working with. That consistency allows us to build deeper strategies across SEO, paid media, brand development, and website design, rather than approaching projects as short-term efforts.
While we are not closing the door to new opportunities, we are highly selective about the projects we take on. In most cases, new work needs to be planned well in advance to ensure it receives the level of attention and strategic focus we are known for.
If you are considering working with us, we encourage you to reach out early in your process. Starting the conversation ahead of time allows us to align on goals, define scope, and reserve a future development window that supports your timeline.
We approach this intentionally to protect the quality of our work and the trust our clients place in us. That balance is what allows us to consistently deliver thoughtful, high-impact marketing and design.
We are grateful every day to do this work, and even more grateful to do it alongside people and brands we genuinely believe in.
Here is to a strong finish to 2026 and the continued momentum ahead.
